Banana

Banana is one of the nature’s best foods which contain high potassium. Bananas are easy to digest and are the good solid food given to the babies.
Cabbage

Cabbage is rich in many vitamins like C, K, and E. It is also rich in potassium. It also contains beta carotene, fiber, foliate and thiamin which are very important for the health.
Dates

Dates are available in two forms. They are fresh dates and dried dates. Both the forms contains vitamin C. Dried dates are rich in potassium and have more concentration power on copper, iron and magnesium. They also contain high sugar so frequently eating the dried dates may cause tooth decay. So fresh dates can be preferred.
Eggs

Egg is the most popular food which contains proteins, vitamins, and minerals. At the same time it has high cholesterol. A singe egg contains 6 to 8 gm of fat. Most commonly used eggs come from hens.
Fish

Fish contains ample proteins and is the most recommended food in the non vegetarian. Fish is rich in Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and Iodine. Eating fish is food for the nervous system and also for the thyroid gland. Fish can only be steamed, baked and grilled for eating; smoked and pickled fish are not suitable for eating and may cause diseases.

Fish contains OMEGA 3 fatty acids which are very important for the proper functioning of heart and circulatory system. It is also useful for the development of eyes and brains.
Grapes

Grapes are naturally rich in potassium and contain little vitamins and minerals. Grapes are the only fruits that contain less fat. There are many varieties of grapes. Of those the black grapes are rich in antioxidants which help to prevent cancer and heart related problems.
Lime

Lime is the excellent source for vitamin C and citric acid. Lemon juice with honey is an excellent medicine for cold and throat infection.
Mango

Mangoes which are well ripped are rich in Vitamin C, anti-oxidants, and beta carotene. These are readily absorbed by the body and are converted into vitamin A.
