Ingredients:


Potatoes - 3

Cooking spray

Dried basil - 1 tsp

Parmesan cheese - ΒΌ cup (grated)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Methods:


Slice the potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease the baking sheet.

Then arrange the potato strips as a single layer in the sheet spray the cooking spray. Then shower the remaining ingredients.

Bake for about 25 minutes until the potatoes change to golden brown color.
